I really enjoyed reading East Boston. I felt that more could be added onto the sections on demographics, residental housing and recreation areas. The sentences that I am not sure about is in neutral form or not is the "If we want to make a change in East Boston and help the under class, removing their transportation services isn't helping." I don't know if this sentence is stating an opinion or did someone from the article that was used said this sentence.
