comments at talk:cystoscopy

Hi, JFB. I saw your comments at the talk page for cystoscopy, and I had a look at the change you made to the article. You essentially changed the wording to the effects that not everyone experiences discomfort after the procedure. I am wondering whether you would take a look at the article again, specifically towards the end in which it mentions "male patients will experience bladder spasms." It would seem to be incongruous with your statement that not everyone experiences pain. Also want to say I appreciate you taking your time to work on the project. We don't have enough physicians. BPH progression

• Your points are valid. I've added to the talk page. I still think there is considerable evidence, both controlled and anecdotal, that a significant number of people do not see symptom progression with time. Some stay the same, more improve, although I do fully agree that the majority of people *do* progress. Jfbcubed 18:37, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
