Well, if you are writing about someone who you are closely associated with, you might want to read WP:COI first. In response to your question regarding, File:2008.03.29.1836.tanguy logo.png, please closely read the licensing tag that you added to thefile description page. Since you say that the image is your friend's picture and that you are not the copyright owner, you cannot post the file in the way that you have. Rather, this is an issue with permission. Please have your friend send an email to "permissions-en@wikimedia.org" detailing which free license tag is to be used (please see WP:PERMISSION for more detailed instructions).
