This account has been blocked indefinitely as a sock puppet that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for inappropriate reasons is not allowed. Just a note - the user's original account is also blocked with no talkpage access. However, I am reluctant to release that in light of the restoration of the deleted content.
