You may want to review WP:NACADEMIC for English Wikipedia's criteria for notability of academics. Not every academic philosopher is considered notable. You might also consider whether the article could be translated and added to the Hebrew Wikipedia or the Arabic Wikipedia, which have somewhat different notability criteria.
