Hello. I am being abused by certain wiki editors. You seem to have a head on your shoulders based on your edits and are unbiased and logical. I am wondering if you have an email to which I can discuss my problems with you directly. I assumed that you were a man since you were grouped as a sock of a user named "Filip". I am not an admin, so I don't have power here, but if you want to make a case for yourself you need to discuss your edits. It's highly suspicious when an IP editor suddenly appears in the range of a known abuser and begins performing mass edits common to that IP, which leads the community to believe that you have already been blocked. Additionally, refusing to defend yourself and then claiming that Wikipedia is corrupt doesn't help your case. Are these mass edits a retaliation for something? I'd like to understand why you're so keen on changing these categories, it sounds like someone removed a category you added and that made you angry. -Jergling (talk) 23:14, 21 July 2016 (UTC) My brother and I are Serbo-Croatian. After about a year of sleepless research we founded an abundance of inventions and discoveries from our lands. I would like to credit them but I am having incredible troubles. I am being targeted and reverted for either no reason at all or reasons that all other countries are categorized by. So I decided to clean up the categories and make them accurate. It has been impossible. Such a small thing, 15 or so inventions that comply with the article (yes I have wrongfully added some based on criteria but only due to all of the other countries' templates and outlines. Nobody is able to add sports Category. I started editing about a month ago and have repeatedly been accused of being filipz123 or europfan. They often argue about who I am. It's ridiculous. I've been trying to make a case but I don't know how to work Wikipedia that well. That's why I've been attempting to communicate with veteran admins. So I began to clean the categories to make them all more consistent to how I'm being treated. I ask Andy to give me a civil explanation. He deletes my message and engages in some sort of War. As well as David. Moreno and Sro23, nobody else. I believe that after the 90s my people became forgotten. Your behaviour as an IP editor has been so combative already that you would probably justify a block or ban, just for those edits, even if you were not Filipz123. The reversions are not because WP, or some editors, have an anti-Balkan viewpoint. These are not reversions against facts, or against the Balkans, they are edits against you personally. You are a banned editor here - you are no longer permitted to edit anything, anywhere. That is perhaps a sad thing, but you brought that upon yourself by a long process of disruptive editing. Any removal of such a ban has to begin by you abandoning your edit-warring against other editors! Your edits are also not ones I would wish to keep. Some might be accurate, but many are incorrect: either careless or deliberately biased. Your repeated removal of Oliver Lodge's work with radio control is just a part of it. When you suddenly appear and begin making a huge string of identical edits, that looks like spam/abuse to veteran editors. I almost reported you to the AIV board right away when I saw your contributions page. To participate in Wikipedia, it's important that you remain open for discussion, respond in good faith, and understand that not every edit you make will be accepted by the community. Please try to understand the rules and be civil with other editors. You might want to read WP:DUCK to see why you're being grouped as a sockpuppet. Because I don't think anything will convince you to stop editing, the best advice that I can give you is to make a real account and build up some credibility. Don't make an account and immediately begin altering categories - go add some reliable and interesting new information to articles in your area of interest, or copyedit an article slated for improvement. Wikipedia stands on a system of credibility and mutual respect, so if you want to be treated as a constructive member of the community, you need to establish both of those things. I expect you'll be rangeblocked soon, and I'd recommend taking a break from Wikipedia to clear your head before coming back. There's a lot of information online that you might disagree with, but just because you can change it doesn't mean you necessarily should. To me, this isn't so much about assuming good faith as it is about quelling a vengeful ghost. We can't stop a determined editor from editing, but we can avoid fueling the sense of persecution that drives them. Thank you very much. I didn't realize there was a COI noticeboard at all! I thought that would all be taken to the RS board. ArbCom 2017 election voter message

Hello, Jergling. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
