Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Regarding the Stephen Sargent/Whistlin Steve article, please take a look at WP:Notability and WP:Reliable sources. Not every person justifies a Wikipedia article. You will need more than the self-published sources you have provided so far. If you can find independent news coverage, beyond the routine local type material, that indicates why the subject is notable, you may be able to make a case.
