Several of the citations you are adding are not helpful. They are not what was being asked for by the citation needed tag. For example, your addition of the definition of malaria does not satisfy the request for a source stating that malaria had held back development in Eswatini. A tag has been placed on User:JenniferEllingson/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. I would leave me if i could moved to draftspace

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia).
