Please refrain from claiming ownership over images that do not belong to you. You claimed ownership over the File:THE WORLD RANKINGS(LOW).jpg image when you tagged it with {{self|cc-by-3.0}}. This is a serious problem, and you action was highly inappropriate. I have fixed it for you, but be more careful next time.
