Welcome edit

Hello Jeffrey

welcome to Wikipedia!

Please have a good time with your writing here. Wikipedia is very widely used and your topic of choice could easily become the number 1 search engine hit. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 05:52, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

Sandbox edit

Hi, I am happy to see you are one of the first to start writing your Wikipedia page in your sandbox. One suggestion I can make is to put in references as you go. Otherwise later it will be hard to remember where you got your information from. If you don't yet know how to do a footnote in Wikipedia, don't worry, but put your reference in another form, I like to use doi= the doi number, as Wikipedia can expand that to the full reference with about three clicks.

A second suggestion is to put in a good first line that defines your subject clearly and tells the most important fact about it. Then the readers can get a quick idea as to whether your article is the right one to read. Perhaps they are interested in DNA folding, protein folding or paper folding for a CD; but they will quickly find out that this is not the page! Graeme Bartlett (talk) 21:57, 2 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
