Hi. I've had a look at the proposed new article following the rather brusque rejection by my fellow-contributor. I would advise reading Wikipedia:Notability (music) to give you an idea why a band needs to meet certain criteria to be the subject of an article. The article is also worded in such a way as to suggest that it's been written for promotional purposes. I don't blame anyone for trying to get their favourite projects included in wikipedia, but advertising is definitely out (see [[1]]), and phrases such as "Allah-Las quickly developed a reputation for their dedication to perfecting a recorded sound and live presentation true to their musical roots" are highly subjective and contribute to this impression. Also, take care on Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. I'm not suggesting that you are a member of this band, but it is as well to be sure you are not crossing the boundary. Does this help?
