Hello Jedirage -- Per your message on my talk page, I've reviewed the draft carefully and stand by my deletion. The article is so promotional in tone that it would require a complete rewrite from scratch with proper reliable independent sources before it was possible even to determine whether the subject meets our notability criteria. I see no notability as an academic (Google Scholar [1]) and the subject is not an elected politician.

Importantly, I must ask, are you related to the subject in any way, or are you being paid to contribute this material? If so you must read WP:Conflict of interest and/or WP:Paid editing, and comply with any necessary disclosure, before editing on this topic again.
