Sourcing and writing style for Phillipines and the World Bank

Hi @JedMatias, I checked out your edits for the Philippines and the World Bank article, and have some feedback to improve your contributions about the sourcing. Since the topic of the article is the World Bank, then it's not appropriate to use them as a reliable source when writing about the WB itself. This means your writing for Wikipedia needs to summarize what independent, reliable, secondary sources have said about a topic, so that a Wikipedia reader can get a balanced, neutral overview of the current thoughts and understanding of that topic. The balanced point of view is especially important in this case bc if you a look, the World Bank has its set of controversies.

Remember, the goal is to provide a neutral, fact based summary of the topic at hand based off the reliable sources you've found. In one case you wrote, "It will also improve the conditions of the fishermen..." In an encyclopedia, we want to know what actually happened, what reliable newspapers or academic journals reported on these projects.
