September 2013 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.  A m i t  웃   16:46, 16 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

November 2013 edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Clarkcj12 (talk) 02:40, 20 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Also why is your username similar to User:Jecob88888? --Clarkcj12 (talk) 03:15, 20 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 day for attempting to harass other users. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Mark Arsten (talk) 03:21, 20 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

November 2014 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Aguri (caste) may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Final warnings edit

Ekdalian gave you a specific warning above, describing the problems with your edits, so that you'd be able to improve your editing practice. Instead, you gave Ekdalian a retaliatory warning, even using their own phrasing, and even sent back the discretionary sanctions alert. Of course you knew they were aware of the discretionary sanctions for caste articles, since they had just alerted you to them.

That is all extremely rude and uncollegial behaviour. Please take this as a final warning: if you post so disruptively on user pages again, or otherwise harass users, you'll be blocked. I see you have a previous block for personal attacks and harassment, so a second one would be longer. And if you disrupt caste articles again, I will topic ban you from them, as per the discretionary sanctions for caste articles. Bishonen | talk 15:59, 3 November 2014 (UTC).Reply
