Hello Jdromero28. You have been working on Geology of Burgan Oil Field. However there is about a 90% overlap with the Burgan field article. In cases like this the articles should be merged, and the new content moved to the more general article on Burgan field. If there was plenty to say about the geology, that was not in the Burgan field article then it could be worth a separate page. But currently there are only two paragraphs of expanded content. So therefore I am recommending to merge the content. I don't know how this will interact with your Wiki Education program, and if you need to have this here to get marked we could put off the merger for a couple of weeks. Let me know what you think! 1. Stop using fake refs. If you use fake refs, that's an automatic revert.
  2. The page is a redirect for a reason. Edits should be made on Burgan Oil Field

Another revert by you on "Geology of Burgan Oil Field" will result in the page being protected and/or you blocked. Wikipedia is a corroborative site. You need to listen and talk. Bgwhite (talk) 06:32, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

You reverted. I specifically told you not to. The page is now protected against editing.
  • Material MUST be added to Burgan Oil Field. There is no need to have two redundant articles.
  • Pages are live. Any live pages must conform to rules, like having fake refs.
  • If you want to work on a non-live page, please use your sandbox. I already see you have the article in your sandbox.
