Blocked edit

Based on the identical spelling mistake made in this edit by you and this edit by another editor I can only conclude that you are operating two accounts as sockpuppets. I am therefore blocking both accounts; you may appeal via the process given in the notice below. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 23:09, 17 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

With all respect, you are most certainly mistaken - though I woul understand why you may think so. The Rhughes user copied and pasted my wording exactly. I will appeal, and hopefully Wikipedia can compare IP addresses or something to clear my account hastily. Jcullinan (talk) 23:19, 17 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
You can copy and paste the content of the edit very easily, but it is by no means straightforward to copy the edit summary. I think it's an extremely unlikely explanation. Another administrator will be along soon to adjudicate your appeal. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 23:23, 17 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abuse of editing privileges. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

False accusation Jcullinan (talk) 23:20, 17 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Even if this isn't the same person, this looks like a pretty clear case of meatpuppetry by all-around single purpose accounts intended to push a POV. Kinu t/c 23:44, 17 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The continued harrassment and now the addition of a "sockpuppets of Jcullinan" page that is completely innacurrate is quite offensive. I have never engaged in "sockpuppeting" and I never intend to in the future - I don't believe it would solve anything. Nevertheless, the admins in question have accomplished what they were attempting to achieve and I no longer have any desire to be affiliated with Wikipedia. Since it is impossible to appeal their behavior since they have all control of the situation, I would like some advice on how to delete my account so I no longer get email notifiactions and I can move on with my life. Obviously Wikipedia is only for the established Right, not for new users. Please assist me in getting off of this website. Thank you. Jcullinan (talk) 12:15, 19 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Unfortunately it is not possible to delete accounts, please see this explanation. There is a link there that gives information about what is possible, though this is limited I fear. However at any time you can delete everything from off your user talk page (this page) except the formal notice that the account has been blocked.
