Speedy deletion nomination of B and C Decorating

A tag has been placed on B and C Decorating requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. It's been over a year since you blocked me now and I want to edit constructively and I have read WP:REFB and WP:NOTABILITY and I understand what I need to include in an article to establish notability and improve the wiki instead of creating unreferenced BLPs and creating non notable pages about companies.
