Dates in Jill Dando article

edit

I noticed that you edited the dates in the Jill Dando article and removed the wikilinks. I reverted those changes but left your other edits in place. It is normal to wikilink complete dates i.e. with day, month and year, so that they can be autoformatted according to the user's preference. To see how this works goto "my preferences" and click the "Date and time" tab. If you change the date display format this will change how dates within Wikipedia articles are displayed - useful when people from different nations read the article. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Autoformatting and linking for more information. --Cheesy Mike 17:39, 7 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
