Requested moves

Hi Chihin.chong, welcome and thanks for your willingness to help with the WP:RM backlog. There's definitely a group of RM "regulars," and we have a good time weighing various move proposals. But as you probably noticed, there are a lot of proposals past their "due date" that are just waiting for an administrator or a qualified, non-involved editor to close the discussion. Have a look at WP:RMCI for instructions on how to close an RM. It's not quite the same as closing an RFC or other types of discussions. Also, as a non-administrator, you can close discussions even when you can't technically make the move yourself. See WP:RMNAC for instructions. You may also want to append {{RMnac}} after your signature when you close an RM as a non-administrator. I'd be happy to help if you have any questions. However, if the admin was for it, he should have participated in the survey, where after 7 days of discussion (maybe more), there was only one user participating in the survey and he/she opposed it.
