Hey! Thanks for reaching out! I added lots of press articles and stats and that was fine when I resubmitted. I just heard that the article was not neutral or formal enough? I re-wrote the entire thing, maybe you can take a look at it and approve it :) Jaxon Montan (talk) 11:08, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

The Spotify data is to show how they are a verified artist, something that usually shows notability. The other data from discogs helps explain his Early Life. I understand personal TikTok videos, but there are mentions of things like his TikTok username discover page which shows him accumulating over 19million views, something independent, and reliable as it is statistical. I cited TBR news media as it actually has a wiki page, as well as broadway world, so I figured those would be ok. Any google search results simply show his song panel when mentioning the song. This is again independent and reliable as it is from google. Do you think you can re-consider :) Jaxon Montan (talk) 20:36, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
Spotify does not show notability. A Google search link doesn't verify anything and is pretty much the opposite of independent and reliable. What do you mean by "I understand personal TikTok videos"? You didn't remove a single one – and the "username discover" page is equally inappropriate as a source. --bonadea contributions talk 22:27, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
Spotify usually doesn’t but they were verified by the company of Spotify. Please view the wiki page about account verification: Account verification. Spotify verity’s users that they deem notable. So you are not correct. And how is the username discover page an inappropriate source? That is statistical evidence. I haven’t yet removed any videos because I am waiting to hear another opinion as you don’t seem up to date on these things. And “the google search” references a song tab created by Google itself. I’m also not sure of how this submission isn’t formal enough. I re wrote it to be more formal and neutral as you can see in editing history. Jaxon Montan (talk) 20:37, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Your submission at Articles for creation: Itsjonny (December 18) edit

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Bonadea was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Zero independent, secondary sources. A TikTok "discovery page" is not a reliable source.

Since you ignored all the advice and information provided by several volunteer reviewers, since you have not addressed the conflict of interest question, and since there is no sign of potential notability at this point, it is better that you don't waste your own time and that of your fellow editors by resubmitting the draft yet again. --bonadea contributions talk 22:23, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Ignore previous advice? I rewrote my entire article to be more formal and neutral and added several sources on wikipedia. I don’t understand how my sources don’t show notability. Jaxon Montan (talk) 22:34, 18 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
