I don't know what kind of a strange person you are. Don't you see the references, citations and everything included? Research a bit before declining or rejecting an article.You don't even fully see what is written in the page.

First, please read WP:Signatures, it will show you how to "sign" your messages.

Second, the answer to your question is at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Participants. The short answer is that until you have 500 non-deleted edits and your account is 90 days old, it's too soon to even ask to become one. January 2021

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary, as you did at Syed Talat Hussain. Removing every source from an article and then calling for deletion of the article on the grounds of being unsourced is a serious no-no. The Bushranger _{One ping only} 23:35, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
