Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~), which are produced by clicking on the button; this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Also, I think that you might want to join the the adopt-a-user project, where advanced editors can guide you in your first experiences here; so check it out if you want. Again, welcome!

Additional tips

edit

It's always best to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~), considering your unsigned comment added on Talk:Mapping of Airline Traffic over Internet Protocol. Also, indent your comments after previous discussions with a colon, which will produce:

(following paragraph)

Add headers by putting equal signs before and after text. Avoid using only one equal sign, though...

As it will create very large headings.

edit

So...

==Heading 2== ===Heading 3=== ====Heading 4, etc.====

Italicize text by putting two apostrophes before and after the word (''Italic'' will produce Italic). Bold text will require three apostrophes, and bold-italic text will require five.

Add internal links by putting two brackets before and after the text ([[Wikipedia]] will produce Wikipedia). Add external links with one bracket and a space after the URL to designate the text you wish to display. ([http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:JamieTerrell Your talk page] will produce Your talk page)

Any more questions, of course, can be asked on my talk page.

Sincerely, LaPianista! 02:45, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
