Image:Zaglebie walbrzych.gif listed for deletion

edit
Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as Image:Zaglebie walbrzych.gif has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, a non-profit website, this is in fact not the case. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. Sherool (talk) 09:00, 1 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Georgian flags

edit

I have addressed an issue you raised at Talk:UEFA Cup 1995–96 a very long time ago about incorrect use of modern Georgian flags. In case you are still interested I have written a solution there, so if you find anywhere else these need correcting you can hopefully understand how to do it and correct it yourself now. Page blanking

edit

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Hercules Utrecht. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. --Allen3 talk 10:09, 12 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Syfy. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.  GSK (talkevidence) 10:58, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Editor note: I see you've edited this page four times, adding the same vandalism each time. If you continue, you may be blocked. The article only needs to state that, in Poland, the original name was kept. It doesn't need to state that syfy supposedly means "things that stink" in Polish. Try to maintain a neutral point of view. -- GSK (talkevidence) 11:01, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 1951 Soviet Top League, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Torpedo Gorky. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

August 2018

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Cristiano Ávalos. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. GiantSnowman 14:28, 7 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Cristiano Ávalos. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. GiantSnowman 08:50, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
You have made numerous unexplained and unsourced changes to biographies of living people. If your content is correct then explain why in the edit summary and provide a reliable source so that it can be verified. GiantSnowman 10:38, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Oh, and Transfermarkt is not a reliable source - please do not use it. GiantSnowman 10:43, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
You want examples of your edits? See here, here, and here. No explanation, no sourcing. GiantSnowman 10:59, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
If you're using an existing source, then explain that in the edit summary. I don't know how many times I have to tell you. Competence is required. GiantSnowman 11:05, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Again, you are wrong - see H:FIES which states that "It is considered good practice to provide a summary for every edit". GiantSnowman 11:43, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Your edits were unexplained and unsourced and looked like they were unconstructive. Interesting that you're still not using edit summaries...why not? GiantSnowman 13:25, 8 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
