Speedy deletion nomination of Gerard Mussies

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Gerard Mussies, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. -- φ OnePt618Talk φ 07:11, 11 February 2020 (UTC)

I think the nomination was too fast, knowing that it appears in university libraries, google scholar, jstor, etc. This version of the article is different from the previous one. Anyway, I really appreciate your recommendations and time. Best regards. --Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 13:04, 11 February 2020 (UTC)

Hello, Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco,
Please do not make any further posts to the deletion discussion of Gérard Gertoux. Your edits are becoming disruptive. Please do not bludgeon the process. Further responses to everyone weighing in on the discussion are not necessary and are discouraging to those editors who would like to participate. You do not get to badger each editor with questions. WHY???

Why don't you stop pestering wikipedia with your sloppy nonsense? --Qumranhöhle (talk) 22:58, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

don't you understand the difference between a journal article and a book? --Qumranhöhle (talk) 15:42, 2 May 2020 (UTC)

I've explained it several times to you. If you don't understand, I don't care, but that doesn't make your sloppy edits any better. --Qumranhöhle (talk) 22:04, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
Should have known that it is useless to explain anything to you. You don't want to understand, you just want to push your POV. --Qumranhöhle (talk) 22:52, 3 May 2020 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Nehemia Gordon

The article Nehemia Gordon has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no citations, doesn't meet notability guidelines

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Makaristos (talk) 06:41, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

Thank you for the notice. I'll see if I can do something to improve the article.--Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 17:23, 4 May 2020 (UTC)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nehemia Gordon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nehemia Gordon. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Charles Perrot moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Charles Perrot, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thanks for the warning. May you succeed with your editions.--Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 04:46, 14 May 2020 (UTC)

Thank you very much, and I always appreciate any suggestions. --Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 23:15, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
No problem! I changed "biblicist" to "biblical scholar" because that's what you're looking for. "Biblicist" in English has a different meaning. In addition, this sentence, "Perrot collaborated in the Association catholique française pour l'étude de la Bible. Congrès (1979 Paris, France) Etudes sur la première lettre de Pierre." has way too much French in it. Can you trim it down? And if only there was an English Wikipedia page for the ACFEB... In addition, can you add an ISBN, ASIN, or citation for the rest of his works? Those would be the main things to improve on the article as of right now. Thanks, Awsomaw (talk) 23:30, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
