  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Pharaoh of the Wizards (talk) 09:35, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

May 2023 edit

Hello, I'm 1AmNobody24. I noticed that you recently removed content from Manglesh Kumar Srivastava without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Nobody (talk) 12:04, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

This was not a mistake I am deleting the draft to make a new improved article Jagriti.sri (talk) 12:09, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Manglesh Kumar Srivastava is an article, not a draft. If you want do get it deleted, you need a valid reason for deletion. Nobody (talk) 12:11, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Sorry. I want to get it deleted as it got rejected So I want to make a new improved article for the same Jagriti.sri (talk) 12:13, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
It meets criteria for speedy deletion Jagriti.sri (talk) 12:14, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
You can't delete Manglesh Kumar Srivastava, only administrators can.
Since you already created Draft:Manglesh Kumar Srivastava you can improve it until it passes WP:AFC, no need to delete the draft. You can just improve that draft. Nobody (talk) 12:20, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Can you advise me how to improve it because I did all possible things Jagriti.sri (talk) 12:24, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
As @Dan arndt wrote, the current Draft doesn't show that the Person is notable (WP:N, WP:ANYBIO) and it doesn't have enough reliable sources. (WP:V, WP:RS). Nobody (talk) 12:36, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Manglesh Kumar Srivastava. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. ButterCashier (talk) 12:30, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Manglesh Kumar Srivastava. Jalen Folf (talk) 22:17, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hi Jagriti.sri! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of an article several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Please stop moving the page back to the unwanted title.. Fram (talk) 09:32, 25 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Dr. Manglesh Kumar Srivastava moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Dr. Manglesh Kumar Srivastava, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Speedy deletion nomination of Dr. Manglesh Kumar Srivastava edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Dr. Manglesh Kumar Srivastava, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Fram (talk) 14:56, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

Welcome! edit

Hello, Jagriti.sri, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Manglesh Kumar Srivastava, you may be blocked from editing. interstatefive  19:56, 24 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
