Your article Trainz Download station edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! I just noticed your article Trainz Download station a little while ago, and have redirected it to Trainz#Content creation, at which I added some mention of the DLS. I did this because the DLS is not notable enough to get its own Wikipedia article, but is notable enough to be mentioned in the main article, Trainz. As a member of the Trainz community, I can certainly assert its importance within the Trainz community, but remember that Wikipedia covers nearly all topics, and the DLS is not really notable outside of the Trainz community, so that is why I redirected your article to the main Trainz article. As a game software that is widely played, Trainz itself is certainly notable enough to have its own Wikipedia article, but a web service that is offered to registered players of the game is not notable enough to get its own Wikipedia article, but is notable enough to get a mention in the main Trainz article. I encourage you to read the Wikipedia:Notability page, one of the fundamental policies here on Wikipedia, so that you can understand better what is and is not notable enough to get its own Wikipedia article.

Thank you for your understanding.

As a side note, I did notice that you did well with the wiki markup in your article. Keep up the good work, such skills are important to editing well here on Wikipedia! ;-)

Regards.

Orphaned non-free media (File:GTA San Andreas Multiplayer Logo.gif) edit

Thanks for uploading File:GTA San Andreas Multiplayer Logo.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:12, 30 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for January 8 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Central Intelligence Agency, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Brennan (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
