First of all thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia, I have noticed that you added content regarding the "B.S.O.D." which now generates a QR code in the latest build, and as this is relatively new information no older references present in the article mentioned this, therefor as per WP:NOTCHANGELOG it should be referenced/sourced, I have added this for you, but I ask you for your future additions to the page to please link the website that has reported on the feature you're adding, otherwise the page may end up like Xbox 360 system software.
