- Hdjensofjfnen - You need to file a report at SPI. - Hdjensofjfnen - HAHAHA! ... Well, that just flushed my response down the toilet, didn't it?... :-) Since the parent account was soft blocked and because of their username, the edits made by the subsequent account they created do not constitute a violation of Wikipedia's sock puppetry policy. The user was soft blocked so that they could choose to create a new account, ask their current account's username to be changed and the account unblocked, or elect to simply edit anonymously. The user chose to create a new account. I apologize for my initial response to you here; I just saw your message to the user and a request for input and didn't see any explanation or proof, which is why I asked for an SPI. The log you pointed out... yeah, that's uhh... pretty certain. ;-) But yes, this is not a violation of policy.
