Readyflowers clean up section - please constribute:

1. Competitors" should not be listed?

1. "it is believed that Ready Flowers processes up to 250,000 orders" - believed is not factual and unless a claim can be substantiated, may be better removed. Newspaper article that owner is refering back to is simply repeating info from the wikipage. "Believed" is not factual.

1. "the biggest flowers and gifts delivery service provider in Asia Pacific" - as above point

1. "Ready Flowers currently fulfils orders for delivery in over 95 countries" - only have their webpage to back this up - can't find factual.

1. "Part of the Ready Flowers rapid growth is because Ready Flowers engages in substantial and extensive marketing programs via Google Adwords, SEO and recently Facebook." - advertising speak , has no real meaning.

1. A number of links can't be accessed or require membership

Right. Those are the misplaced requests that were deleted. But if you look at Wikipedia:Peer review/Ready Flowers/archive1, the only editor of that page is FloristExpert, and he was the person who added the only valid peer review tag to Talk:Ready Flowers. —C.Fred (talk) 05:09, 9 March 2012 (UTC)

TsENKI

The Center for Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities Operation (TsENKI) was established at the Russian Space Agency in 1994 by Governmental Decree 996 called “Measures to Comply with Russia-Kazakhstan Agreement to Operate the Baikonur Cosmodrome”.

According to the decree, the Russian Ministry of Defense began handover of Baikonur facilities to the Russian Space Agency that was tasked with the Federal Space Program.

As consistent with Russian presidential decree 1442 of December 12, 2005, and governmental resolution 823 of December 28, 2005, the Kuznetsov Research Institute of Applied Mechanics was made a constituent organization of TsENKI. The merger initiated modernization of the institute’s testing and production infrastructure, boosting NII PM’s annual output to two dozens of gyro types and strapdown systems for the space industry.
