Attack pages

edit

Please do not create attack pages, such as Talk:Bush=quayle. They are speedily deleted on sight, and do not contribute anything to Wikipedia. Please contribute constructively or not at all. Thanks, and welcome to Wikipedia. 03:52, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Bushquayle.jpg)

edit
  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Bushquayle.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. 03:53, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

You seem a bit resentful

edit

You seem a bit resentful that your article was deleted. I'm sorry for that; if it were up to a vote, I would have kept it.

As for allowing companies to advertise (see your comments at Talk:Strategicvizual, actually, we don't. And thanks for the tip; I'll be putting the article up for deletion. -Patstuart 11:52, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Oh, and BTW, please be nice. I'm sure there's a way to protest your deletion; I'll even support you. But please stop vandalising talk pages. -Patstuart 11:57, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
