Block message:

Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Rogerboas". The reason given for Rogerboas's block is: " Your account has been blocked indefinitely because its username is a blatant violation of our username policy – it is obviously profane; threatens, attacks or impersonates another person; or suggests that your intention is not to contribute to the encyclopedia (see our blocking and username policies for more information). We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, but users are not allowed to edit with inappropriate usernames, and trolling or other disruptive behavior is not tolerated. : impersonation of a living person".

Accept reason: User:Rogerboas will remain blocked. I have lifted the autoblock on this account - you should be able to edit now. Elen of the Roads (talk) 00:09, 2 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Query edit

Did you go through the name change procedure, or just start a new account? Peridon (talk) 18:54, 1 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

I actually did submit a request for name change. I am new to Wikipedia so my sincere apologies f i violated the rules of an improper name change. I have been working on a few articles and today I find out I have been blocked. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thank you for your prompt response.

I'm not finding the name change request at WP:CHU, nor does there appear to be such an edit under the "Rogerboas" account name. Did you posti t while logged out, perhaps? UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 19:28, 1 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Possibly. You are more than welcome to delete the rogerboas account or block that account permanently. I am no longer using that one. I guess there was some confusion with users because of my user name and the article i was editing. I completely understand this, hence my changing it. Thank you again for your help.

radio program edit

I moved the page, because the original title was clearly bad (non-encyclopedic). I apologize for mistaking it for a radio program rather than a TV program, feel free to move it to be accurate). Gaijin42 (talk) 20:20, 4 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

License tagging for File:Roger Boas.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Roger Boas.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:05, 30 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Roger Boas.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Roger Boas.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your article submission KQED 2's World Press edit

Hello JRcappel. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled KQED 2's World Press.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 22:16, 22 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
