Thank you for trying to keep Wikipedia free of vandalism. However, one or more edits you labeled as vandalism, such as the edit at Ukraine, are not considered vandalism under Wikipedia policy. Wikipedia has a stricter definition of the word "vandalism" than common usage, and mislabeling edits as vandalism can discourage editors. Your recent editing history at Ukraine shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. - non admin comment If other editors make personal attacks on you, you can warn them and raise the issue to the relevant admin noticeboard if they don't stop after multiple warnings. It is not wise to engage in edit warring or get yourself in troubles just because someone is stubborn. Even if you don't do anything most likely the community will deal with the problems quickly, if the problems are legitimate, especially on hot articles where lots of editors are watching. - Since I reviewed your previous unblock request, I will leave the new one for another administrator, so that you get an independent second opinion. However, I will give you a word of advice. You are blocked for edit warring, but your unblock request is largely about how unreasonable you think other editors have been. Edit warring is edit warring, no matter how badly you think other editors have behaved, and an unblock request that deals with issues other than the one which led to the block (in this case edit warring by you) will be almost certain to fail. Did you take the advice to read the guide to appealing blocks before writing out your appeal? If you did, you will have seen the section WP:NOTTHEM. As you say, the block is almost over now, and so it probably doesn't matter, but otherwise I would be encouraging you to substantially rewrite the unblock request to make it address the actual reason for the block, to give it a chance of succeeding. - Thanks for the comments from the above reviewers. I do not excuse my actions for my role in edit war. As I have mentioned, I am relatively new to Wikipedia. I saw myself contributing positively and tried to adhere to the BRD (I was bold to make the change, I experienced revert and tried to discuss). What I was met with was hostility and blatant refusal to discuss the matter with myself and fellow editors. As such I thought the action was more of a vandalism (which I reported) and based on Neil's comment about requesting page protection, I did at the only place that seem to have attract Admin's attention: the Edit. I am not aware of an outsource to contact admin directly. Again, the block is due to expire so none of this matter anymore (Incidentally, the other more senior editor, mentioned above, did get blocked) but this whole process has not been a happy one. Wikipedia is not exactly newbie friendly with intuitive places to find materials. The Community Portal would seem like a reasonable start but inside the help desk seems like a mess to go through. Even in the discussion accusations of special purpose account, personal attacks, and just general unpleasantness flew rampant. At the very least the map I provided seem to be praised by people and under discussion...but myself I am very reluctant to continue with this community. - non admin comment "Wikipedia is not exactly newbie friendly with intuitive places to find materials" - I shared the same thought when I was a newbie, but that's the cost for Wikipedia to be so successful. There are lots of policies and guidelines to make Wikipedia successful as an encyclopedia but one must take time to get familiar AND digest all these numerous policies, and there is no shortcut for the complex learning curve. So it is impossible for one to learn most rules before starting editing, and you learn as you edit and you will eventually become a good editor. The process is surely not a happy one for you, but a contributor is not judged by the past warnings he received - it is the contributions all that matter. In fact, some highly active admins here started off as deliberate vandals. Wikipedia is not a battleground and no one is interested in your past warnings - a good editor that made lots of constructive edits is highly respected here regardless of his past.
