Profile/Density
I went with 'density' because a consequence of lower build heights is the same development taking up more ground space, which is a fundamental part of the way the MKDC designed CMK. 'Profile' suggests the development is less notable or designed to stand out less, which certainly isn't true in the case of Network Rail!! Do you follow what I mean?
