Arabic influence on the Spanish language

Hello JLanuza, welcome to the English Wikipedia. You've made some changes to the page "Arabic influence on the Spanish language", changes that are probably very justified, but I don't understand some of them, namely, the deletion of a book entry and of "la Mancha". Please explain this just to be sure.
