If I may add to this, I'm not an administrator so I can't delete any pages myself - I can only nominate them for deletion. An admin or other user may disagree with me and remove the tag. However, judging from the way you've written the article and draft, you may have a conflict of interest, if you are or have an external relationship with Davis, and may find it difficult to write about him in a neutral way. I'd recommend you read WP:CCPOL, WP:NPOV, WP:SPAM and WP:PEACOCK (along with WP:COI and WP:DISCLOSE if you are affiliated with Davis). If you do have a conflict of interest, I think you're probably better off not writing about him and instead leaving it to someone with no connection to him to create an article for him. Thank you. Seconded. I'm defintely in agreement with @Linguist:; as this page testifies, you have made plenty of other attempts at creating a page for this gent, so it is actually slightly disingenuous to claim- as you do here- that 'it came to [your] attention that Mr. Davis did not have wikipedia page.' That may have originally been the case, but you have been told twice now that the material is unsuitable and yet persist in re-adding it.
