Uh, well... that's rather painful! I don't know of "no individual character images and certainly not of unnotable minor characters" policy and doubt that it even exists (appears too restrictive). And I have absolutely no idea on how can i learn about such agreements when uploading an image. WP:IUP states NOTHING about stricter regulations accepted within specific projects. I'd be very glad if you provide a link so i can include it into the guideline. — Vano 23:25, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

It isn't a project restriction, it is a Wikipedia wide restriction. WP:NONFREE does not allow excessive non-free images, which this would be. It has also been repeatedly agreed per consensus in talk page discussions there and in various projects that character lists should not have individual character images, particularly of minor characters. Ideally, a character list has one group image; at most, it has 1-3 of the major characters to provide a basic illustration of the series art style. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 23:38, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

WP:CHALLENGE confirms that challenged statements should be tagged or removed (the latter after considering possible objections). The statement that PE was developed by IBM is almost definitely false and misleading (unconventional, at the very least) so I insist that it shouldn't remain in the article for an indefinite period of time without a good attribution. — Vano 00:52, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
