It looks like some IPs in the same range as you have been used as "residential" proxies (since they are in a residential IP range) by proxyrack. It seems probable that some IPs in this range would therefore not be proxies. @Yamla: would you be alright with granting this user IPBE for the duration of your block? It seems unlikely that they have done something wrong here. Elli (talk | contribs) 20:03, 7 October 2024 (UTC)

They don't need IPBE, they've been able to edit since making this request. However, if you disagree (or, say, they provide a reasonable explanation why they'd need it), I have no objections to you granting that. Specifically, the WP:CHECKUSER data does not indicate any concerns here. --Yamla (talk) 20:22, 7 October 2024 (UTC)

Huh, well, I'll decline the request since it seems like the block is no longer an issue (I'm guessing their ISP changes their customers' IPs pretty regularly).
