This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage (not just mere mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject—see the guidelines on the notability of people, the golden rule and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners and Help:Introduction to referencing/1), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. If additional reliable sources cannot be found for the subject, then it may not be suitable for Wikipedia at this time.

The comment the reviewer left was:

Content in Wikipedia needs to be verifiable by reference to independent reliable sources – connected sources such as his own website are not normally useable. There need to be enough of those sources to demonstrate that he is notable by our standards. Any unsourced content should be removed.

The text should deal with plain facts and be written in plain everyday English; passages such as "the previous studies of form and colour, which reflected a concern for the well-being of the natural environment affected by technological development and a more and more visible urbanisation of rural areas" just have no place in an encyclopaedia.

Some copyvio has been removed; any other text copied or translated directly from published sources should also be similarly removed (it can then be rewritten).

Hello, Justlettersandnumbers. Yesterday you declined my submission for the Richard Hirschbaeck Artist Page. I made significant and strict revisions to the page in terms of neutrality of style and referencing independent sources. To confirm the subjects notability, I have added that his works are found in the highest Austrian institutions and that he was a founding member of Group 77, an important art group in Austria which is still active today. I have also changed and corrected the style of referencing. I furthermore uploaded and added two photos. The page for this artist is long overdue, and it is not within my tasks within the estate to do something like this, but rather my own initiative to put together what is already available in different sources. I would appreciate any more comments to my page and help how to make a successful entry before I submit it for revision again.IssaDeK (talk) 10:36, 9 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
