Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!   Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to William Dalrymple (historian). Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 20:07, 27 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Hasan Ali Khan. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

This also applies to your re-insertion of negative unreferenced material in William Dalrymple (historian). Please do not insert any non-neutral language into Wikipedia articles. Thank you. bonadea contributions talk 10:46, 30 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial and POV language to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Islam in India. Adding content of this nature could be regarded as disruptive. Phrases like "have come to faith in Christ" are decidedly non-neutral and POV. If someone reverts your addition, do not add it back, start a discussion in the talk page per WP:BRD and attempt to gain consensus. Blindly readding the material is also considered disruptive. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Sodabottle (talk) 11:17, 7 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Nehtaur, you may be blocked from editing. Boolyme बूलीमी Chat बोलो!! 20:25, 16 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. SQGibbon (talk) 15:30, 18 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
