You have shown interest in living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Could you tone it down a bit, please? You can get your point across without hyperbole. I've mentioned your recent talk page contribution at ANI (here). SashiRolls t · c 00:06, 12 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Jess Phillips edit

I've reverted your tendentious edits to Jess Phillips, see my edit summary.[1] If you don't respect the sources, you may be topic banned from biographical articles. Bishonen | talk 20:50, 3 June 2019 (UTC).Reply

And I have reverted the your changes again. You are adding content that is meant to convey a specific WP:POV through insinuation that is not directly supported by the accompanying source. The content is disputed and the burden is on you to get consensus on the talk page to include your additions.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 22:56, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
A review of your edits show a complete disregard for our policies regarding living persons. Your purpose in editing appears to be to throw as much muck about as possible to see what you can get to stick. As you have already been provided with a Discretionary Sanctions alert regarding biographies in a section of your talk page above, plus the warning from Bishonen here, I would say this is your last chance to study this page to avoid a topic ban.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 23:04, 3 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

You should be indefinitely blocked right now IMO edit

I notice the 'side of the white teachers', and the 'white administration of the school', wording which you introduced inJess Phillips and invented out of whole cloth[2] — has now been further bulked up by you into "the liberal white supremacist side of the dispute" (my bolding) in your post at Talk:Jess Phillips. Note that even the word "white" is not present in either of the sources, and it's hardly from the point of view of common sense likely that these teachers and administration are predominantly white, in the highly ethnically diverse Birmingham. You're simply making up stuff that suits your agenda. If I hadn't involved myself by reverting you, I would be indefinitely blocking you right about now for the disgraceful BLP-violating white supremacist side and your racist insinuations. Ponyo is involved too. But I believe there are uninvolved admins both posting here, and watching, on this page and Talk:Jess Phillips. I hope they're reading carefully. Bishonen | talk 00:18, 4 June 2019 (UTC).Reply

  • Ishiliyya, apparently I didn't really notice that "supremacist" bit when I made my comment. I suppose you should consider this a final warning of sorts, though it may be that other admins disagree, and think that you've gone too far already. Drmies (talk) 00:37, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Doug Weller talk 10:54, 4 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
