List of Bengalis

When lists are in an order, be it alphabetical or any other form of order, please keep them in order, rather than moving people you like to the top of the list - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 14:53, 3 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Stop moving Omar Ishrak to the top of lists, keep to the correct order - Arjayay (talk) 14:48, 5 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

I am not being able to find the names in an alphabetical order, rather they are being found in a scattered manner. Here in this perspective why shouldn't I bring someone more important at the first place? If I can then please stop counter-editing Waiting for your reply - Thank you - --Isfaretehami (talk)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at List of Bengalis, you may be blocked from editing.
Keep to alphabetical order - we are not interested in your idea of who is more important - Arjayay (talk) 12:15, 6 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

wo wo wo... I didn't notice the names were sorted alphabetically upon last name/ surname thereby found them as scattered. Sorry for the inconvenience. And thanks for sorting my new entries. I will place more entries in upcoming days as per this alphabetical order. - Thank you.Isfaretehami (talk) 12:23, 6 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution

edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from List of British Bangladeshis into List of Bengalis. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — Diannaa (talk) 13:19, 18 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Department of Law, University of Rajshahi moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Department of Law, University of Rajshahi, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
