Recent edits to Matara Janadipathi Vidyalaya

Hello @Isaravinda:

I noticed you'd made a series of edits to the page you created, and thought I'd share a few points of advice and tell you why I reverted almost all of your edits:

1. Please try not to blank pages- it's bad form, and it tends to make you look like a vandal 2. The photo of a former principal that you keep putting on the page is very likely going to be taken down for copyright issues, since the image isn't yours to publish on Wikipedia, and contains material other than just his image. Additionally, the photo doesn't serve much purpose in the article- how does it improve the information the page gives about the school? 3. The section on the clubs etc have also been removed, since it was worded a lot like an advertisement. I'd advise you to put them in a simple list like the Sports section if you feel it absolutely must be on the article 4. Maintenance tags like the refimprove tag do not have a date with a day- they're given as May 2018, not 28 May 2018 as you edited it to look 5. Changing the position of the old mission school to right makes the entire article pointlessly long, and clutters up the whole page, since it comes under the infobox. Putting it on the left keeps it neatly in the History section. 6. Please try and give more references for the History section, since it's one long paragraph of uncited text
