Request reason:

The other network that my computer was connected to was a shared network with other people, so it may have been the fact that I've done nothing wrong because I didn't know that someone else is using an account on that ip.

I didn't know that project talk is still considered editing project space. I will not sock puppet again in the future. I have learned my lesson.

Decline reason:

Your second-last comment admits that you have more than one account, and that the connection has not been declared: "I'm sorry for editing project space without my accounts linked.." The User:Isabel25 account has only been used for purposes that are forbidden by WP:SOCK. I am not seeing any valid reason for an unblock here.
