Today is the first time I've logged in to add an image to Wikimedia and when I tried editing an article to add that image, I was presented with a message that my user is blocked. Specifically, categorized as a sockpuppet of some user called @Padmalakshmisx:. I don't know who this user is or how they were able to use my user to edit any article on Wikipedia.
