Hello, Ipunnett, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} and your question on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 21:37, 8 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Course planning

edit

I am wondering if, after the various comments at the Teahouse, you plan to go ahead with having students work on Wikipedia, and if so, whether I can help. If you want to draw my attention to a response here, you can do so by including {{ping|DESiegel}} as part of a comment signed with four tildes (~~~~). Feel free to respond whenever you like, but I will say that a successful class/Wikipedia encounter requires some planning. DES (talk) 13:27, 10 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

DES:

I think I am moving this along properly. I have started the User:Ipunnettclass2015 page, posted the names of the students and their corresponding stub.

I am definitely still getting the hang of this, though. so I'm not sure this is right. My students are looking forward to this project.
