Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Primefac was:

I am declining this draft as it currently stands because of the rather contentious past of this topic. There are some changes that, when implemented, should result in this draft replacing the current redirect.

There is a bit of CITEKILL in this article. There should not be four (or in one case, six) references to verify ONE sentence. The general rule is three maximum.
The draft should be trimmed (in my opinion, significantly) to remove unnecessary and/or overly technical aspects. For example, the "Design and tools" section is overly complicated and holds no bearing on the topic itself. Take a look at Social Security number (which is half the size of this article) for a better idea of what is useful and what is extraneous.
More reference stuff - there are some dubious references (PowerPoint slides and the like). I'm not saying the given references aren't valid, but just make sure they're all from reputable sources.

You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Valsan Thillenkeri for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
