Speedy deletion nomination of Chao's law

Unfortunatley, with no external links or citations and a Google search not turning up anything relating to this subject, I don't believe this article's subject exists outside of the creator's head. IonImpulse, I'm hoping you are able to provide some sources and contest the speedy deletion, because it IS an interesting idea.
