Hey mi hermano

edit

I noticed that your article "Triple Champion Club" has been nominated for deletion. I went to defend your article, but the truth is that I couldn't find a verifiable reliable source to proof that such a "club" or the phrase itself exists. Then I was going to suggest that it be renamed to "List of Boxing Triple Champions", but there is already an article with that name that contains (You yourself have worked on that article) the same information which you have in the "TCC" article. The problem here is that there is no reason for the existence of the "Triple Champion Club" article. I suggest that you merge the info that you have in the article to the "List of Boxing Triple Champions" before it is deleted. Take care. Tony the Marine (talk) 06:22, 3 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Puerto Rican Irish

edit

Since you enjoyed my Jewish immigration article, I think that you may like the 360 degree overhaul that I did to the Irish immigration to Puerto Rico article. You see my main objective in my immigration articles is to create awareness that Puerto Ricans are not just a result of a combination of Spanish/African/Tainos as we and everybody else has always been led to believe. Even though the mixture of the three races is the basic fundation of our beginings, for the last two hundred years our people have also been mixed with the people of non-Hispanic origins, hence the surnames Miller, O'Neill, Santini etc, plus red and blond haired Puerto Ricans with all sorts of colored eyes and shades of skin. In other words, in my opinion, it would be most correct to recognize and state that Puerto Ricans are also a mixture of non-Hispanic Europeans. Pacquiao vs Cotto

edit

No se, Pacquiao esta duro. I finally discovered the "link" between our current Puerto Rican flag and the Flag of Lares. Check out my new intro. and additions to the Flag of Puerto Rico. Tony the Marine (talk) 19:04, 27 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Cotto's speed is somewhat underrated and Manny isn't a welterweight, he might get knocked out if he plays with one of the elite in the 147 limit, the only way that the fight can be fair is in a catch-weight. - Caribbean~H.Q. 23:39, 29 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Dear Wikipedia editors:

Since my first editing in July 2007 [before any else in the entire world did (and I searched for years The Ring Magazine, several other magazines, books, or Internet sites) I specifically have created several lists (in unique form, style, fashion, or narration) of boxing miscellaneous. I am so proud of what did, but I decided to abandon Wikipedia *

So, I am here to notify you all that I understand that I have the legal right to publish (in other or personal website) any of my original creations as the creative owner I am.

In the "history" archives of those pages are my the definitive proof of my labor and work as "Io_Wiki2007". I delayed almost one year in my computer (using Boxrec) before posting them in Wikipedia in July 2007.

In other words, I own what "I" wrote (not what someone else may have added or edited) until my last edition as special given day.

So, that means That I know can publish my "old" work in other venues if I want, or when I want.

In fact, by the last several months my lists are not well done as I created originally, plus few (or half-dozen) of boxer names are absent there without explanation, ignorance, or vandalism (strong or little). Yes, I know-- anyone in Wikipedia can edit. Yes, I know; but I do not agree with lots of edits, reason of why I abandoned the list last year.

I will use my old lists, and continue they as they were supposed to be, always following my original format, fashion, narrative, etceteras, thing that (I proudly say) millions of people read and follow in the planet. Anybody can continue my lists in any place but the ones that I will revamp (in my site) will be the original ones because they will contain everybody that achieved such tasks, without the bias, race-hatred, sporting-hatred, or any other type of bias that make someone to delete, ignore, etc, etc just for stupid fighting.

Even though I posted my articles in Wikipedia under the GDFL license, that what I basically did was to permit Wikipedia to place it in public domain and to allow others to edit my work.

What I do not have a legal right is the edits of others; and I am NOT interested in the edits of others, since I may do NOT concur with their edits.

The list that I am talking and created by me in 2007 are:

So, by this mean (My Wikipedia Talk page) I am letting all you to know that I am withdrawing permanently from Wikipedia as an editor, although I will stay only to edit my "User Page" or my "User:Io Wiki2007/Workshop" just for my intellectual and educative fashion as the scientist and book author I am.

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful day.

Cordially,

Io_Wiki2007
