Please stop undoing redirects. It's needless and sometimes harmful; see Wikipedia:Redirect#Don't fix links to redirects that aren't broken. Also, you seem to be using a browser that messes up the unicode in articles. Melchoir 01:45, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Very well. .. Wait, does firefox have issues with unicode?

Hmm... I didn't think it would! But you can see the evidence; for example, [1]. Melchoir 01:50, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Haha... Oops! My bad. I'll go find which articles I messed up and revert them.. which shouldn't be too many.. I hope ☺InvertRect 01:54, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Don't worry, I think I got them. Maybe Help:Special characters will be helpful? Melchoir 01:58, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
..You're fast! I think I'll just stick with numbering the hex charts in the charsets. Although I need more charts to number. Got any charts? InvertRect 02:00, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Nope... if you're really looking for busywork, I suppose there's always an endless supply at Wikipedia:WikiProject Wikify and Wikipedia:Recent changes patrol. Melchoir 02:47, 27 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
It's probably not the browser that messes up Unicode, but rather the OS not supporting it correctly or not having all the right fonts installed, or a filtering program/extension goofing up. Firefox has never given me a problem with Unicode. 65.95.157.80 05:18, 4 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
Or maybe it's the fact that VB6's replace function doesn't support Unicode? How else would I mass-undo redirects so quickly? Ξ)InvertRect 00:11, 5 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I don't know why this IP's talk page is protected. You should ask the admin who protected it, who was User:Misza13, see [2]. Thanks, Gwernol 02:04, 23 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of File:Subpixel example2.PNG

edit

The file File:Subpixel example2.PNG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 8 June 2019 (UTC)Reply
