TAKING DOWN BANNER -ADVERTISEMENT, NEEDS CITATIONS

edit

Hello Everyone. I a rather new to Wikipedia, but I just read the entire article and the article doesn't seem to sound like an advertisement to me. Also, there are many citations. I would like to take down the banner that says there are many problems with the article, but want to see if there was a protocol for taking down the banner before I did it. Please let me know. Thanks for the input. Infomonger123 (talk) 00:03, 26 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
